Prestigious Park Ave Property in Winter Park Acquired by Benderson

UNIVERSITY PARK, FL (September 25, 2024) — Benderson Development, a leading real estate company based in University Park, FL, today announced that it has acquired Park Plaza, an iconic 25,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use property located directly on Park Avenue in Orlando’s premier Winter Park neighborhood.

 

Located in the heart of Winter Park, Park Avenue is a charming cobblestoned street bustling with more than 140 acclaimed restaurants, shops and museums. Park Plaza is situated in the center of the action at 307 S. Park Avenue and features a mix of retail on the ground floor and a 28-room boutique hotel on the second floor.
