Benderson Enters New State With New Acquisition in Montana

Benderson Development has entered the Montana market with its latest acquisition. The company purchased a freestanding Walgreens on 2527 N. Reserve Street in Missoula, expanding its national footprint to now include 40 states.

Benderson has been actively growing its portfolio with acquisitions around the country. Just over the last several months, Benderson acquired Monarch Ranch, a 3,400-acre industrial development site in Wildwood, FL; North River Marketplace, a 51-acre development site in Venice, FL; Glengary Shoppes in Sarasota, FL; Linton Commons in Delray Beach, FL; and two Trader Joe’s in Columbia, SC, and Asheville, NC.
