Benderson Acquires Two Trader Joe’s Properties in the Carolinas

Benderson Development is continuing to add to its growing national portfolio. The University Park, FL-based real estate company acquired two Trader Joe’s in the Carolinas.

The acquired properties comprise of a Trader Joe’s in Columbia, SC, located at 4516 Forest Dr., and a Trader Joe’s in Asheville, NC, located at 120 Merrimon Ave.

The multi-generationally owned real estate company has been aggressively growing its portfolio over the last few years with acquisitions around the country. Last week, the company acquired Bee Ridge Square, a 128,399-square-foot shopping center in Sarasota, FL.
