Benderson Acquires Center in Naples, Florida

UNIVERSITY PARK, FL (June 25, 2024) —Benderson Development today announced the acquisition of Carillon Place, a 250,000-square-foot open-air shopping center in Naples, FL.

Located at the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road N and Pine Ridge Road, Carillon Place is currently 92 percent leased with major tenants, including T.J. Maxx, DSW and Walmart.

“As we continue to significantly grow our asset base, this center was a natural fit for our portfolio,” said Randy Benderson, managing director of the family-owned real estate company.

Benderson has been actively growing its portfolio with acquisitions around the country. Other recent acquisitions in Florida include North River Marketplace, a 51-acre development site in Venice, Glengary Shoppes in Sarasota, and Linton Commons in Delray Beach.
